To all you future moms out there, this Bouncer Chair from Fisher Price is quite possibly the best baby purchase, yet. I can't get Avery to sleep in her crib during the day (which is an area we must address and work on) but she loves to nap in this chair. It has a vibrating feature but she doesn't seem to like it (I don't blame her).
Let's just say that thanks to this chair, I can buy a few hours to do a few things for myself.

Yay! That's the first thing Nick and I bought when we found out we were pregnant!!!
That was a live saver for me also, until Reese outgrew it, then we went to swing and she outgrew that...then it's me bouncing around and rocking her nonstop!! Then it's her crawling and destroying everything. :) Times will get easier, Reese is 11mths old and still wakes up once, twice, or three times a night....
